July 15: Remscheid by Clio Suicide

It’s the second day of the Stoned From The Underground Fest and although I would like to have stayed to hang out and see Disengage again, it’s been democratically decided that it’s a better idea to go to the next town. Tonight’s show in Kassel has been cancelled, so The Shocker’s agent Frank invites us to stay with him in Remscheid. Near the end of the tour, we’re all quite tired so it’s nice to have a day off to get some rest, and Frank takes excellent care of us. While Ronnie James cooks up a mean pasta dish, we watch Spinal Tap (the ultimate tour movie!) and pass out during Ghostbusters around midnight.
